Madagascar Cacao Program showcased on USAID PSE weblog

The TSIRO (Thriving/Tangible and Sustainable opportunities for Land Restoration and opportunity that is economic Alliance is the first HEARTH award worldwide. HEARTH (Health, Ecosystems and Agriculture for Resilient, Thriving Societies) is a Global Development Alliance where USAID and the sector that is private together to build up and implement market-based ways to resolve development challenges.
